Other Rules

1. The students once admitted will not be allowed to discontinue their course without the prior permission from the Director of Technical Education Govt of Himachal Pradesh.
2. The student will have to be show at punctual in the classes. Roll call of each class will be taken in morning assembly if the total attendance of a student count less then 80%, he/she will not be allowed to sit in the final examination.
3. The parents of habitual late comers will be informed regularly, if total attendance of the students counts less than 80%, he/she will be disallowed to sit in the final examination.
4. The students securing less then 60% marks in Practical and 40% in theory sessional work are not liable to sent for final Trade Test.
5. Fee will be payable in advance. No refund will be carried out.
6. Discipline of the institute is to be strictly observed. For brake of discipline a student may be fined or expelled from the institute. Decision of the Principal in this regard will be final.
7. In all matters the decision of the principal will be final.
8. Leave application may be recommended through the Trade in charge. The Parents/Guardian should sign application.
9. House examination test will compulsory. Otherwise 250/- fine per subject and for pre board exam 600/-.
10. Students whose progress and conduct if not found satisfactory he/she will not be allowed to appear in the exams.
11. Students will not be allowed to entertain their parents/Guardian/Relatives/Friends during the study hours.
12. Students must pay for all damages caused by them to books or other institute property otherwise there is fine of Rs.1000.
13. It will be the duty of every students to complete all documents, payments demanded by the institute within the prescribed period.
14. Palampur courts alone have jurisdiction in all matters.
15. Mobile is not allowed in college/institute offender will be charged Rs. 500/-
16. In case of more than 5 holidays in a moths student has to pay 100/- Rs. find per day.
17. Students should deposit their monthly fees before 10th day of month otherwise Rs. 100/- will be charged as a fine.
18. Student get only 7 days holidays in a year as medical leave.
19. Student get only 7 days holidays in a year as special wave.

COURSE OF STUDY

Institution will follow NCVT prescribed rules and regulation about attendance and leave of trainee will be followed.

MEDICAL TEST

Medical certificate produced by the candidates at the time of admission should be given by Class-I Medical Officer (Dr.) of Govt. Hospital. Mentally retarded candidate will not be admitted.

Note: This medical certificate will be given at the time of admission not at the time of registration.
