i) The institute will be observed at time scheduled and the holidays according to the guidelines issued by the NCVT, the government of Himachal Pradesh and also as per the rules laid down in the training manual.
ii) Leave permission to trainees
a. Leaves
In addition to the usual holidays in the year leave can be granted to the trainee by the permission of the Principal subject to a maximum of 10 holidays in one year.
b. Medical Leave
A trainee who is unable to attend the classes owing other than injuries received while at work may be allowed Medical leave in one year.
